Our Mission
It may be a long road ahead, but a skateboard park within the township is closer to a "jumping-off point" than ever before, thanks to a group of young people dedicated to raise the money. Our goal is to provide Upper Merion's youth with a safe and convenient skating location. Recently, the Upper Merion Board of Supervisors approved fundraising to have a skateboard park built adjacent to the township building, behind the old farmhouse on the hill, on the condition that the kids raise the money themselves. The estimated cost of the entire project is between $150-160,000 for all of the equipment, concrete paths, and fencing. We need your help!

Danny's Remembrance Day is in lieu of a fiftieth birthday party which his five siblings have all enjoyed. It is meant to be a happy day, remembering what a loving son, brother, uncle, grandson, cousin, godfather, godson, classmate, football team player, policeman and friend he was. The celebration December 8, 2012 will begin at 3:30 at the Upper Merion Township Park in the rear of the police Department. There we will dedicate the DANIEL T. KELLETT MEMORIAL SKATE PARK.
